7 Steps to lose 7 kilos

 – I was invited by the Indian Women’s Association Singapore to talk to their fitness club members on 7 steps to lose 7 kilos. The talk involved tips on how to make simple sustainable changes for a maximum benefit as well as a Q&A session on health and wellness.

We went through simple tips such as XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and a Q&A sessions. All attendees left with a full booklet and an action plan to achieve their goals.
