11 June 2015 – Healthy eating workshop at Tanderra for their members to discuss about how to have more energy by consuming whole, nutritious foods, understanding sugar cravings or how to stock your pantry and to develop a holistic lifestyle for the entire family.
16 th November 2016 Healthy eating workshop for children and family health. Introducing key nutritional changes to drastically improve your family’s health.
26th April 2017, 11am A talk in collaboration with Little Farms to look at sugar, fats and clean eating as well as their relevance on your health and weight loss.
15 January 2016 – The Young President Organisation, a club of young entrepreneurs, invited me to talk about Women’s Health – the best nutrition tips to allow women to sustain the requirements of their jobs and family life and make it to the top.
27th May 2016 – I was invited by the Indian Women’s Association Singapore to talk to their fitness club members on 7 steps to lose 7 kilos. The talk involved tips on how to make simple sustainable changes for a maximum benefit as well as a Q&A session on health and wellness.
