Prep Time – 15 minutes
Yields – 10 to 12 small size balls
Note – To add a Christmas touch add cinnamon powder
Ingredients
6 to 7 pitted mejdool dates
2 tbspns chia seeds
2 tbspn 100 % raw cacao powder
1 dried apricot chopped
10 goji berries
1 tbspn coconut butter or unsalted butter
Directions
1. Blend the mejdool dates.
2. Add all the other ingredients and make into small balls
3. Chill in the refrigerator.
