My top three goals upon starting the 6 months program were to make some lifestyle changes, to find a healthy way of losing weight and to manage my skin pigmentation/ acidity.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program is that my acidity issues have been sorted. When I take a plate, I subconsciously fill it with the right amount of food, the right food Рand my skin is just  glowing.
My energy levels are also much better than before and today I am able to make a conscious decision to eat healthy.
