Small changes make a big difference


My top 3 goals upon starting the 6 months program were pilates, gym and exercise and diet, to reach under 117 pounds. I wanted to include 5 portions of vegetables in my everyday diet …. and be confident enough to be in pictures with the kids.

Ashrafi was able to help me work toward these goals by keeping me focused and helping me justify and rationalise my priorities in life.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been my outlook on things and my level of control – I feel more in control of my own life and health. And the most significant overall change I have noticed has been how simple changes can add up to make a big difference.
